They have an auto traffic management from 5pm til 12pm EVERYDAY!
They wont remove it, and only told me about it 8 months later when I complained about line speed.
They were charging me full price for a 20mbps package and I get less then half a meg at peak hours.
AVOID!!!

took out broadband and tv package,only to find that they had slammed my phone ( taken without permission } this company think they can get away with conning people.keep away they really do rip people off.
